Chapter One in Locksbottom serves modern European dishes in contemporary setting, serving set menu and an enormous selection of wines. There is a beautiful bar with super talented bartenders serving delicious cocktails while you wait for your table (or if you fancy one really) and I must say what are the best bar nuts I ever had (with a secret blend of spices).
One of the dishes we had that we knew set the standards high is their potato mash – it is as good as Joel Robuchon’s in L’Atelier (I am not even joking).
